Importance of Having Balance: The Pilates Golf course explains the importance of having balance in what we do (the same is true in all areas of our life) What we do on one side of the body, we need to do on the other side to create balance. We are not suggesting you play one hole 'right handed' and the next hole 'left handed', (although your body would really benefit from that approach). We suggest you have an awareness of how your body and your muscles work, then think about how you can introduce the exercises we teach, to improve your game. We may not be able to make you a professional golfer, but we can help you enjoy your game more and be safer in the process. We look forward to meeting you on the course. |
